By accessing or using Seany Korean (the "Website," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the website for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the site.

4. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds (Premium Membership)

4.1 Billing

You may purchase a Premium Membership directly from Seany Korean by paying a Premium Membership fee in advance on a monthly basis or on a yearly basis.

We may change the price for the Premium Membership fee from time to time and will communicate any price changes to you in advance and, if applicable, how to accept those changes. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Subject to applicable law, you accept the new price by continuing to use the Seany Korean Service after the price change takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you have the right to reject the change by cancelling your Premium Membership prior to the price change going into effect.

4.2 Renewal; Cancellation

Your payment to Seany Korean will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period, unless you cancel your Premium Membership before the end of the then-current subscription period. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to Basic Membership. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.

3.3 Refunds

Unless otherwise specified in these Terms, all Membership Fees are nonrefundable. No refunds shall be issued for partial use or non-use of the Service(s) by you.

5. Trials and Coupons (Premium Membership)

From time to time, we may offer trials of Premium Membership or Coupons for a specified period without payment or at a reduced rate (a “Trial”). Seany Korean may determine your eligibility for a Trial and Coupons, and withdraw or modify a Trial and Coupons at any time without prior notice and with no liability, to the extent permitted under applicable law.

For some Trials and Coupons, we’ll require you to provide your payment details to start the Trial and Coupons. By providing such details you agree that we may automatically begin charging you for Premium Membership on the first day following the end of the Trial and Coupons on a recurring monthly basis or another interval that we disclose to you in advance. IF YOU DO NOT WANT THIS CHARGE, YOU MUST CANCEL THE APPLICABLE PAID MEMBERSHIP BEFORE THE END OF THE TRIAL AND COUPONS.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.

• Infringes on the rights of others.

• Interferes with the normal operation of the website.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Seany Korean or its content suppliers and protected by copyright laws
